Rod O'Neal is a native Memphian with a resume that includes roles such as Horse in The Full Monty at Playhouse on the Square (2007) and Scrooge in A Christmas in Harlem(2007) at the Hattiloo Theatre. He also received an 2005 Ostrander nomination for Best Male Lead in a Musical for his performance in It Ain’t Nothin' But The Blues at Circuit Playhouse. Rod O'Neal is also known for a funk-style of hip-hop dance started in the 1970's called the Electric Bugaloo.

Born, Rodney Williams, he graduated from Duke University with a double degree in Computer Science and Economics. He moved to Huntsville in January, 2019 to continue his career as a software engineer.
